A landmark event
Every year the Sleep Congress brings together French-speaking sleep medicine professionals: physicians, researchers, sleep technicians, nurses and patient associations. Organised by the French Society for Sleep Research and Medicine (SFRMS), it reviews the latest advances in the field.
The 2026 edition takes place in Lyon from 25 to 27 November and marks the congress's 40th edition.
Why we attend
La Clinique du Sommeil de Yutz will be there. These three days are an opportunity to compare our practices with those of other centres, to follow how guidelines are evolving, and to bring back to Yutz whatever can concretely improve the care we give our patients.
From polysomnography to apnoea treatments and vigilance disorders, the topics covered span our entire activity.
What does it mean for patients?
The congress is aimed at healthcare professionals, but its effects are direct: examination protocols, new treatments, follow-up organisation. We will report here on the points that affect the day-to-day practice of the centre.
