Abnormal behaviours during sleep

Parasomnias are abnormal behaviours that occur during sleep. They include sleepwalking, night terrors, bruxism and REM sleep behaviour disorder. Video polysomnography, performed at our clinic in Yutz, is the key examination for diagnosis.

Sleepwalking (walking during sleep)
Night terrors (screaming, agitation, intense fear)
Bruxism (teeth grinding)
Violent or agitated behaviour during sleep
Talking or shouting during sleep
